She had worked at the local hospital, as a doctor in the ER, but was often called upon to fix up the idiots who didn't know how to take care of themselves.
On one of her shifts, she comes across HIM. That smug, egocentric asshole trying to prove that he knew best, arguing with her about a patient, when she had lost it, and punched him in the face.

After a public disagreement, that resulted in her suspension, when she hit him, he had found out that she was none other than Tony Starks sister.
He attempts to make amends, by inviting her to the party in his honour, in hopes of showing the board that she was an asset to the hospital, when his life takes a turn for the worst, and an accident occurs.
