Pretty much a better version of the Original Death Angel- hopefully this makes more sense.
The Auditors of Reality of Discworld are aware of Earth's existence as well as another being- now this being is originally in charge of causing the death of others. When he found out about Earth, his bloodlust for Discworld soon wasn't enough.
