She never thought about love that much, being drowned out by screaming crowds and mission calls. These days it felt like all she lived for was to be a shield, protecting everything from something else. There's nothing wrong with that, she just wished she could go back to her highschool days, where she was allowed to feel.
He never thought he'd fall in love with her so easily. Was it just the long for someone to stay by his side? Or was it the solid need of her bright smile, and round eyes filled with light that no one could take away. Or the way she laughed all the time and thought he was the funniest thing in the world.
Every little thing about her... Made him want to stay. But it took a while for her to realize that maybe she was falling too.
