When caught, he is fired and shamed by his peers and the papers, and before he knows it, is thrown into a dangerous job as a medic for criminals, murderers, rapists and drug lords; which consequently lead to his demise.

They are expected to be kept safe and well looked after during their stay until one day; a set of killer twins, a war veteran and a man who claims to see fictional characters begins their life within the institution dubbed as Saint Crazies.
