Strenuous Love

The third time is the charm, or so they say.

Serenity Maverick is the daughter of a well respected pastor in the city of Columbia, Missouri. Every one who sees the Mavericks wants to model after them, especially when it comes to raising a family. But no one really knows what goes on behind closed doors. Serenity knows though. And she is determined to hide the evil not only from the world, but from God.

Jace Herman is fucking everything up once again. He's this close to going down a very dark hole and never seeing the light again, or so his mom says. Jace thinks differently. According to him he is doing things every teenager does. No harm no foul. In order to save her son, Jace's mom seeks help from the one person who is known for helping rebellious sinful teens... Serenity's dad.

Jace and Serenity are now forced to spend a lot of time together. In and outside of the class room. But both of them are struggling with really heavy burdens. The bible says, "perfect love can cast out all fear." Sometimes however, love can be strenuous.
