Finniss high school au. It is set place at Pamen and the Capitol. This is my my first fan fiction, so go easy on me :)! Also these last names took 4 ever to find out, it didn't feel right not giving them last names. I DO NOT NOT OWN ANYTHING IN THIS STORY!!!!!(besides the fanfic)
