Izumi Midoriya, a young girl who no one cared for, why? Because she was quirkless! Or at least, that's what they all thought... Better to hate her for having no quirk than for having villainous ones, right? 

After constantly being told she can't be a hero she asks All Might the question.
"You can't be a Hero without a quirk..."
That was his response. If she can't be a hero then at least she can still help her mum, right? Or will things just keep getting worse...
