Addison Sky has never been one to take chances. In high school, she was the nerd who read too many books or earned too many A's. At home, she was referred to as an object instead of a person to her prostitute mother. To her friends, she was known as plain old Addison who has strict rules on almost everything in the world.

With her mother sucking her dry of her hard-earned money, Addison decides it's time to reel in some help. When Addison puts in an apartment For Rent ad in her local newspaper to help pay her bills she gets two responses. When she tells Hayden Guire that she can move in within the next week, Addison doesn't expect a muscle-bulked, tattooed, twenty-something year old male to show up at her door with two suitcases and a cardboard box.

She quickly realizes she has no choice but to let him stay until she arranges him with another apartment - which could take weeks. In the mean time, Addison has to handle putting up with her new male roommate - Hayden and her sex-driven mother while also balancing her CEO boyfriend, Lee, on the side.

Addison has to buckle up and prepare for this ill-stricken ride that she cannot remember signing up for.
