BACK STORY:

The world is split into many different factions and Regions.  Each Region specifies in a particular area of combat, meaning one Region's fighting style will be totally different.  Every year, the Government holds a worldwide competition known simply as "the Death Match", where all 42 Regions compete to get the title of Death Master.  Each contestant is placed into a training facility known only as Cell Block 8, an experimental lab used as a training facility.  This is the 65th annual Death Match, being hosted in Caspen City.  No one knows what will happen on the battlefield.
