Book 1 of The Winter Chronicles. 

Win is often described as odd, eccentric, crazy, insane, or just plain strange. Part of this is her natural personality, but the other part is because of her childhood imaginary friend. Or what was simply written off as her imaginary friend. 

But after a major argument with her foster sister, Win moved to London and became a lodger in the Tyler flat. Befriending both Jackie and her daughter Rose Tyler. Years later Rose escapes her job exploding and informs Win her imaginary friend is back. 

How will Win deal with all the conflicting thoughts and feelings brewing inside her. She's traveling with her Raggedy Doctor through time and space, but he looks different and he hasn't met her yet. Things start getting very complicated and confusing in her head and the question is, 
Who is Wintriah Farrow really?

This young girl quickly got the attention of Emily, who was curious about why Emily seemed to be by herself. The young girl's mother also found this to be a curious sight, if not a little alarming. Upon the young girl's mother's quick conversation with Emily, they quickly found out that Emily had no clue as to where she was, who or even where her parents were, Emily didn't even know who she was. As such, the young girl's mother did the only reasonable, logical, thing...they took Emily with them and also called the police to let them know that she had found a little girl who appeared to be lost. Six years later, Emily's life appeared to be coming together quite nicely...until she met a mysterious stranger who quickly shook her world to its foundations. Instead of the stories she very much liked to read, she was now living a wonderful, mysterious, exciting adventure of her own. It appeared to be everything she had ever wanted...if not completely safe. This is a Doctor Who fanfic, mainly centered around the Ninth Doctor.

Doctor's Daughter de Moziness

The doctor had a little girl but didn't want to risk her life by looking after her in the TARDIS. He went to earth 2004 and placed her carefully in a basket with blankets, two notes and something no one has ever been able to explain. The content of her note is all she knows about her mysterious mother and father. she has always felt different and has always been bounced around the system but she finally feels at home when it all happens. This story is NOT about the episode when the Doctor has a Daughter(Most of these characters I didn't come up with like The Doctor and Rose Tyler and a few more.)
