From a painter who lives in a town in Mexico to a woman who lives in 1970s Montréal. From "Once there was an artist, who lived in a world that is not so different from ours." to "It was a chilly, crisp day, the water of the Saint Lawrence River was running with a rustling sound." Each story has its own twist and some of them end in a sad note whilst others end in a more bittersweet note. With each story unfolding and every character with their own set of problems, explore the lives of every one of them and their traumatic experiences. Some stories are purely descriptive stories whilst others are purely storytelling stories. If this is your cup of tea, read this book!

The (Short) Story of the Evil Umbrellas [Completed]

15 parts Complete

You wanted to know how I died? It's simple, really. I saw dead people... As umbrellas. And the umbrellas didn't like it. I'm sorry, did you want to hear more? Now a (completed) anthology of short stories, flash fiction, and hopefully quality writing. Expect to find a bereaved mother dealing with an post-apocalyptic wasteland, a hair-raising fairytale, two professional bankrobbers, the original Rick-Roller, and maybe a rubber chicken or two. And... three years later, we've reached 500 reads! Cover by @Lidlesaun. Thanks!
