From hells tower to the dig site of the rock type gym, welcome to the Mercan Region.  With growing fear from the escalating raids from a mysterious underworld crime cell, the region is on high alert.  But Gail Rivers, intern at the Javis town aviary, has her own concerns, none of them having much to do with battles, the pokemon league, or organized crime.  That is, until Professor Petunia finally gives her the low down: pokemon researchers need to actually catch pokemon.  Easy enough, right?
