Peter Stark also known as Peter Parker is dead, killed when he didn't move fast enough and was shot, a bullet through his heart.
After an argument with his dad (Tony Stark), about the rogue Avengers coming back and him being spider-man, 13 year old Peter runs off and gets caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, which in the end is his demise.
Tony Stark got a call that changed his life, for the worst, it was the call to tell him his son was dead and now he is full grief and regret.
The rogue Avengers come back to NYC and Stark tower after 3 years after what the public are calling "civil war", only to discover the once snarky, sarcastic, and care-free Tony Stark is now a cold, calculating, and seemingly emotionless shell of what the billionaire once was and all they could ask themselves is "what happened while we were gone?"
Meanwhile, while the avengers are are trying to rekindle there broken friendship, a new vigilante and villain are making a appearance in the city, so when the Avengers are sent to capture the vigilante ,that goes by Cosmic, and bring him in, the vigilante that has never been seen before, sounds, awfully familiar to Tony but why? And what does this new villain mean by "I will gather the stones for him and he will be a god and I, his child" and what will happen when the Avengers push tony to much and he snaps.
Mostly everything in the MCU happened until civil war, Spider-Man was not there though, Peter is Tony and pepper's biological son and was 10 when civil war happened and was not Spider-Man until he was 12 and Peter died when he was 13, yes 13 because this is a my fanfic and that is why he is so young, also Tony didn't know about Peter being Spider-Man, and the spider suit along with Karen was made by Peter, and Tony never sold the tower, also the Avengers never knew peter even existed.

She chose to work for Stark, knowing that she was the best one for the role. She knew that her life would be different, working with the worlds most notoriously egocentric man, hell superhero, but she didn't care. She knew he needed help, staying on the right path and that's exactly what she did for him. What she didn't expect, was that one day, she'd meet someone worse than Tony. He claimed he wanted to take over the world, her world, but she was determined to stop him. Taking something valuable from him, ended up with her being thrown through the window from the tower, and hitting bottom, literally. Being the daughter of a "genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist", or so her dad says, she's so used to chaos that she expects it. Tony Stark is not a normal dad. In the 14 years Stevie has been alive, her father has run a company that manufactured weapons of mass destruction, gotten kidnapped in Afghanistan, escaped Afghanistan, prevented a war with Afghanistan, shut down production of previously mentioned weapons, fired his CFO, gave his company to his assistant, joined a private group of soldiers engineered to save the world, created an A.I. that almost destroyed the world, saved the world five times (who's counting), and...oh yeah...became Iron Man. Needless to say, Stevie has experienced her fair share of excitement in her 14 years. Stevie, to her credit, isn't a normal daughter either. Sure, her dad is proud of her. She's got a 4.0 GPA at Midtown School of Science and Technology, has appeared in lead roles in the junior productions at The New York City ballet since she was 10, and still made time to hang out with her friends, Academic Decathlon, and Robotics Club. By all accounts, she's a good kid. The Weight of Grief
It's almost funny. How grief sneaks up on you. One second, you're fine; you're coping well and then it hits you like a bullet, tearing right through your heart, almost killing you on the spot. Grief is a monster that lies dormant in the darkest quarters of your mind, growing stronger and stronger until you can't fight anymore. Until you can't breathe. Peter was fractured. The monster having grown too big, and without any support left to hold him up, the world of drugs dug its claws into him. And it was slowly killing him, like a sickly sweet poison that dulled the pain while quietly feeding on his soul. He was powerless to stop it. He was too tired to stop it. Tony was doing pretty good. Aside from having died, he was doing pretty good. Resurrected from the dead, check. Thanos dead, check. Wife and daughter thriving, check. He'd never expected to get his life back, that was for sure. He was thankful for the second chance. Unfortunately, Tony was quick to discover that the kid had all but lost his own life. It felt like a knife slowly twisting into his chest every time he saw the kid: in agony. Now Tony wasn't exactly the poster-child for a good emotional support figure, but he wasn't about to sit back and let this continue. No matter how hard the kid fought him, no matter how much resistance he was met with, Tony would help the kid. Still, he couldn't help the fear that laced his blood. (book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.Complete

Bucky Barnes is an ex-assasin, mind controlled by HYDRA for years and finally saved by the avengers , who thought they put an end to his misery. Nightmares and paranoia, won't even let him step out of the house which makes him exist more as an entity than a person. When his good friend from the past offers him a job for the avengers, he never thinks he will take it. Until he realises work may be the only thing he truly needs to get back to his old life, if that is even possible. When they meet they both come to the conclusion that they will never get along.
