Todoroki is completely oblivious of Bakugo's feelings. He did notice however the strange behaviors of Bakugo and decides to confront him about it.

I've decided to put this story on hold for a while. My heart isn't really with it anymore, I havent been watching BNHA really anymore and my mental state isn't the best. I don't feel like I can capture the characters/write like I used to. I feel like if I try to update this story, it'll be really shit. So, sorry but I'll get back to it as soon as I can.
