Everybody Wants to Rule the World

The 80s was a decade of colour, electricity in every sense of the word. From shoulder pads to denim jackets, metal heads to new romantics, star wars to the breakfast club, Wham! boys to Bananarama girls. There was a corner for almost everyone in this decade of power, I say almost because this was also a decade of more sorrow than anyone can imagine. It was a decade of financial and human depression, but what kept the human race alive was the music and the pure art that was produced.

In this story we are going to meet one girl in particular who is enthralled in the wonder of the 80s, she seeks to make a difference in this world, one song at time.
