Phoenix and Danny have been best friends since freshmen year. They have been unbreakable ever since she arrived as the new girl. Until the last day of their Junior Year. Phoenix told Danny about her feelings for him, but Danny just brushes them off and tells her it will never happen, because he is moving to the states for a record deal that they have been offered. As he leaves her behind her Dad has a car accident and is pronounced dead at the scene. Her Mother abuses her everyday for what happened and Phoenix becomes depressed. Zoie is her only friend which is the new girl of her Senior class. Will Danny be able to save Phoenix before it's too late? Or will Self-Destruction take another pretty little thing?
