~Todoroki X OC~ Todoroki doesn't have friends. His father makes sure he has no time for them, and he doesn't need anybody. But when a two-toned girl with a sunny disposition, impressive control over her quirk and a smile that makes him feel funny shows up on the first day of school, his plans to not make any friends go down the drain.
