Barry Allen has been The Flash for 2 Years and will be honored at CCPD (Central City Police Department) for continuous protection against any and all threats towards their city. Before The Flash gives his speech, we see how this all began. From the day of his mother's death all the way to his final battle with his first and greatest foe. Time will pass by during this, but all of this is prior to the speech at CCPD. But what happens during all this time? Read to find out more! Yes, sounds awesome right? Well, it can be, but it also can't be. She's a metahuman. Yep, you heard right. She was struck with that lighting in the same night Barry Allen was. Then, after the nine months of being in the hospital, she woke up. Then she ran. Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'. Until one night, the masked man, whose name has been recently changed to "The Flash", showed up on one of her missions. But ever since then her life hasn't been close to the same. Barry Allen was a normal boy who lost his parents at age 11 and is now a CSI for the CCPD. After he as struck by lightning and in a coma for nine months he became the impossible. The fastest man alive, The Flash. But many years later and he was nothing more than a broken boy who didn't care that he was the impossible. the villains he faced broke him. He later came out as gay and divorced his wife and best friend Ires. Oliver Queen former billionaire turned vigilante known as The (Green) Arrow. Oliver was stranded on an island for 5 years. When he returned he set out to right his deceased father's wrongs and that is how he became The Arrow but the name later changed to The Green Arrow. After catching his wife cheating on him he divorced her. Oliver and Barry had been friends for years and when Barry asks if he could stay for a few days Oliver is happy to help him out. The two will realize why their previous relationship wouldn't have worked. This will follow the story of the two finding love and stability in each other.
