Timber and her friend Hal one day were ripped from their home island after having another feast. Cannibalism was a part of their culture, but it's said to get worse once you eat too much human meat. These two scavenged for the taste of human flesh, no matter what, so they were taken to De Pride Isle Sanatorium.

Almost every night Timber and tons of others turn into flesh seeking cannibals. They go on the hunt for a victim that didn't have the chance to turn, a terrifying night every night.

Timber is not like the others. She was chosen to write a report on her experience. After she left the ward, she would hand the book in, but it was agreed that the staff could not touch the book until she was gone from the ward.
