In the year 2512, the humans have split into two groups: the vanillas, normal, unaltered humans, and the deviants, humans with supernatural abilities. The deviants are generally looked down upon as abominations of society and are captured and brought back to so-called clinics by the anti-devs. These clinics, probably best compared with more humane concentration camps, are impossible to escape from.
Well, almost.
One deviant, Jaceon Rex, managed to get out in 2499.
Giving everyone who witnessed the impossible feat almost infinite hope that there is a way.
Any attempts to escape, though, are all in vein. It is, was, and always will be a suicide mission. Wolfgang Steiner, one of the deviants in one of the largest clinics in Europe, has always watched them all fail miserably. He knew escaping was impossible. And he thought he'd never try it.
But that all changed the day he met Axyra Soere, a fourteen-year-old girl with bat-like deviations. She was both insane and completely set on escaping.
REVISED EDITION COMING OUT MONTHLY/COMPLETED
In a world overrun by zombies, A single bite heralds doom - except for Kaindra, who defies death itself, being undead already.
********
As humanity struggles to adapt to the new reality of zombies-infested streets and lurking supernatural creatures from ancient myths and legends, survival becomes an ever-evolving challenge. Survival is a constant battle not only against the undead but also against supernatural creatures and their zealous followers. The relentless onslaught of zombies and the mysterious reemergence of mythical beings push society to its limits. Civilization's last bastions fall one by one, teetering on the brink of collapse.
As these ancient myths awaken, they reveal intentions that are far from clear- some may hold the key to salvation, while others could herald further doom.
The question remains: Can humanity unravel the mysteries of these legendary beings in time to save themselves, or will they fall prey to the very legends they once dismissed?

Excerpt:
Taking a deep breath, I lean closer to the mirror, my skin prickling. I thought it was a trick of the light, but as I stare at my reflection, my fragile lies crumble away.
The reflection staring back at me feels unrecognizable. My once deep, dark brown eyes now glimmer with an otherworldly light, like twin moons suspended in a sea of silver. The faint glow within them swirls softly, catching the dim flicker of flame I summoned, like ripples across a moonlit lake. Their alien intensity sends a chill down my spine. The orbs seemed to hold a universe within, depths of endless mysteries and ancient wisdom beyond my grasp.
