Mayor Antonia Pena's little sister, Alexandria, returns home after being injured while serving overseas. Intent on helping her sister, but often sidetracked by trying to keep the town of Santo Padre running smoothly, Antonia fails to see the warning signs of her Andria's downward spiral.
