Things have changed since high school, that's for sure. Jade has been lost in her own world, struggling to find happiness and peace. After a rather traumatic incident, Jade returns back to her hometown to visit her family but runs into an unexpected familiar face.
Colby is nervous to return home to Kansas after this long. Since moving to Los Angeles, he's nearly forgotten about the person that he was in high school, but his five-year high school reunion is stirring up some unwanted feelings and bringing back the people he never thought he would see again.
When the two clash, a new friendship arises that may brew into something more.
