Welcome to the brain of a person with night terrors. Given this is so rare in people over the age of 10, it is difficult to cope when no one understands what it's like to be afraid of sleep. I mean, how could you possibly deal with being terrified of your own brain and the horrors it plagues you with every time you shut your eyes? Maybe there is no way to escape it. Or perhaps there is... but the measures may be drastic.
