They can control anything in their desire and will do it with such leadership there is no room to question their power. If so please the holder can do whatever they want whenever they want with the proper prep work. It is basically means they can control anything they so please.

This is the quirk of one Kamiko Genshu. And let's just say she knows how to use it well. In fact she owns a little something no one thought it was possible to own.

And she is getting quite bored in her fourteen year old life as she never has really had the need to go to school as she is a certified genius. But then with a little help from one of her most trusted assistants she has decided to get a hero's certification at the top hero academy, UA high.
