Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. Since Virgil and Roman met, they've been trying to get each other as flustered as possible in any given situation. Remus and Janus obviously noticed the signs and began bets with Virgil to see how far he'd go while still calling Roman his 'friend'. Logan, Roman, Patton, Virgil, Remus, And Deceit revers in age, Leaving Thomas to Learn how to keep all on them safe as some certain sides come a cause a bit of trouble for him. Hatred, envy, lust, and Insanity come for there revenge on Logan. Logan ending up been the youngest is stuck in this endless cycle of not being listen to when he tries to say that he is in trouble. Thomas being the only one to listen, end up going on a long ride finding Logan.

Deceit has had enough, and he can't do it anymore. He can't deal with the pain of burdening the others. His boyfriend, Remus, doesn't need him. Deceit had a hole in his chest: a void, that he didn't think would ever fill. Thing is, with the right attention, that hollowness could've been filled. If he was shown that he was loved, and appreciated, if he was shown that he was needed; if he was accepted, then he would've been happy. Too bad he realised that too late.

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. But with a fallout between the repressed and furious feelings eating away at Virgil and Roman, a past that had never seen the light of day, and the wrath of the dark sides ready to break all that was built, the sides have to figure out a way to save all that they have. - #3 on #sanderssides 10-15-19 - I recently got into Sanders Sides and I needed to write a story with Virgil's past ASAP, I hope you enjoy it!
