The end of season 4 left Chloe alone after finally fully admitting her feelings to herself and to Lucifer. Demons found a backdoor to Earth, according to the prophecy, and Lucifer returned to Hell to prevent it, but is that enough? After such a long absence will the demons really bow completely once again to Lucifer as the Lord of Hell, or has the prophecy already progressed too far? 
There are still many months until season 5 airs, so here is my own take on the next season to tide us all over until the real thing.
