talking to someone will help but talking to Allah and showing out true feelings to Allah and ways to overcome by depending on Allah is a power boosting feeling !!! we all tend to loose our way either with too much of work or lot of free time by feeling lazy... why a person starts this in our alone time we distract our feelings and then when nothing works we tend to feel depressed ... this way I pour out all my feelings as to Allah is watching me all the time that I have no escape but feeling blessed in happiness and mentioning that in real life is our way to show gratitude to Allah !! to people who are like me who feel like me can relate and read more what's about to be written 😊
