There are no laws here, and the police don't seem to care if anyone gets hurt unless it's a famous person in the area. Recently it's only gotten worse, and there seems to be no hope for the small town, but is there really?

Conner, now seeking any kind of closure, loses his mind. Finally reaching a breaking point and blaming Dome for everything. Threatening to kill him for what he had done. Dome, despite feeling guilty, doesn't give up hope. He will do what the police couldn't, and find whoever killed the daughter of who used to be his best friend, but is now hunting him all around Night Glow City, and never stopping until Dome is dead. Dome has to get to the bottom of this murder mystery himself...
