Bleakhelm is a small town in California, everyone knows each other, yet it isnt that easy. There are no laws here, and the police don't seem to care if anyone gets hurt unless it's a famous person in the area. Recently it's only gotten worse, and there seems to be no hope for the small town, but is there really?
Several people in this town are trying to make a change, can they?
