The sky was so dark. It was flashing lightnings. Loud thunder sounds. Drips of every teardrops is falling as the heavy rain would not stop crying.

Maraming taong nakaabang. Nakaabang ng masasakyan. Nag-uunahan, nagtutulakan just to get home safely. 

I was just standing in the corner. Holding my umbrella tightly. My bag is in front of me. Trying to keep my things inside dry. Waiting for jeepney's silently, and shivering as the wind blows my skin.

I saw two people in front of me. They may look like a couple sharing the same umbrella, but they're not. 

Two guys passed by. The other one continued walking. The other one stayed behind me. Standing there as if waiting for the rain to stop. 

He cleared his throat. As if asking me to notice him. I saw him in my peripheral vision as he slowly faced me. I did not look at him. He cleared his throat, again. Then I heard his manly voice saying "Can I share that umbrella with you?" 

I slowly looked at him. Keeping my insides controlled. Acted normal. I did not saw his face clearly since it was dark. I felt my head slowly nodded. As if it has its own life. I even heard myself whispered "Y-yes..."
