Jack said Torchwood 4 was lost but what if he stopped by to grab something.
Cicero is a vampire, at least that's what he assumes. He was born at the hight of the Spartan empire and became one of those best generals because of his vampire abilities. The king of Sparta not wanting to loose his best general "blessed" him to die when he chose to, but being a vampire he can't choose to die, making him immortal. Later he meets Jesus trying to get him to kill him instead he is told to handle the things his deciples can't. He becomes the first Inquisitor/ exersist. When he meets the doctor the doctor began calling him the historian getting tired of the long title he tells him to "call him Cicero it means the same thing."
Cicero stops by the Torchwood office to pick up something that he stored there what happens when he finds out that the office is occupied.
