Arlo just wanted a nice quite day to hang out with his friends. His sister wanted to go visit their Nana.  Neither got their wish, and both discovered their grandma was dabbling in things quite a bit more fascinating than just how to make her Award Winning Broccoli Soup even more spectacular.

Nana's Pet Demon was  my entry into the @Magic December 2019 writing prompt challenge:
"You find a magical spell in an old book you inherited from your grandmother and you try it out, not expecting it to work. What happens when it does?"
