Penelope is a pretty lil' thang with class and style and is every mans fantasy. She has the looks, the personality and the career most women hopes for. She's an Correctional Officer at Liberty City Correctional facility with her life all figured out. That's until she bumps into her first love, Gee Money. He was always her sweet tooth she couldn't get enough of. However, the only thing different this time, her career becomes in jeopardy if she spends anytime with Gee Money who's an convicted felon and one of the most notorious drug dealers Miami ever seen.

Blood gets spilled, the police gets called and now Penelope finds herself trapped in the middle. Being the man Gee Money is, he takes a two year Bid for her. While he's incarcerated, she bumps back into him but this time he feel as if she owes him. Penelope if faced with something she vows never to do. Her freedom is now on the line and so is her life.
