Minato never uses the reaper death seal. He uses a blood seal that has been lost to time. An ancient scroll states that with this Jutsu you can seal anything into a living container and that can be done in mere seconds. There are however great consequences. Whoever the seal is used on will bring bad fortune to everyone around them as if they were a black cat. The person's heart becomes black. They become cruel and hollow. Their mind becomes twisted and sadistic. The only joy they gain will mostly be from hurting others. The seal brands the person as a demon. Literally. The scrolls also state that a great power will be bestowed upon the person. They gain a great power that no one can ever have access to except them. They can also learn to control their bad luck and use it to their advantage. Another power that is granted is automatic skill. Over time the person will slowly gain skill and intellect without even having to train or learn. Minato realizes that since he won't die he will have to seal the whole nine tails into Naruto. Minato and Kushina go on to have many more children. They have two more sons plus another son that was born 9 years before Naruto and two daughters. One daughter was born 8 years before Naruto. They would have three daughters but Naruto was in the room when she was born and at the time he could not control his bad luck. The baby was stillborn. Kushina refuses to send Naruto to an asylum and she tries her best to be a good mother to him. Minato is different. He loves Naruto as much as he could but he knows that Naruto isn't safe to keep. Since Kushina won't budge he just kind of stays away from Naruto because in reality he is frightened by him. Naruto's younger brothers and sister are also scared of him while his older sister loves him. His older brother hates him. After a tragic event that leaves him traumatized, Naruto escapes Konoha and flees to Suna. He returns to Konoha after around four years.

Naruto Had to suffer his entire life in konoha as he was the older of the 3 children but wads neglected by his family for his younger siblings who had the kyuubi chakra while he has the soul.
