My heart races, beating so loud I'm sure the guy I'm hiding from could hear it from across the house. Blood covered my body. Face cut up and beaten. I could taste blood in my mouth, tears falling down my face stings, as I try to be as quiet as I can be. My hand putting pressure on my abdomen where a knife sliced through. And even with all the pressure I could manage with one hand while the other held my gun, I was losing blood, and fast. Crawling around to my purse from across the room, I quickly dial 911.
"Goodbye, Aliya. May god have mercy on your soul." The man who's face was covered with a black ski mask, told me bluntly. Holding a gun to my chest, and once he squeezed the trigger. I screamed when the piercing pain shot through my lungs. As I struggle to breathe. This was my end.

I bit my lower lips I couldn't help my tears were not stopping from flowing from my eyes, being confused and afraid. I keep looking at him, tightly clutching on the fabric over my chest, he eyebrows thinned in line. "I ask you something, did you hear me?" He said gritting his teeth, I tightly pressed my thighs on my chest looking at his scary face expression.
