The story focuses on a 19-year old named Desmond Geist, a young man and a skilled computer hacker who unfortunately gets caught up in the conspiracy that involves the conglomerate, TriMAGE using its technology to summon otherworldly beings known as the Astramen with the of the mysterious alien race, the Lovecratian coven. He also meets a deity known as Sylveene who bestows him with the power to become the Full Metal Specter after encountering and getting killed by one of the Astramen, which in turn means he has to fight against not only TriMAGE and their forces, but other enemies as well by her beck and call. Things will get more bizarre for the Desmond and Sylvenne as they meet more people in the Andromeda with strange abilities who can transform into Full Metal Specters too.
Will the two of them make an alliance with the people to take down the enemies of Andromeda, or will it be too late?

Who accidentally meets another celestial Parch Seveky, who tells him to become a warrior to stop Slyff and Tarshim from destroying the Teraforce as it might end the world and some parts of the cosmos. Those who had been affected by this mutation were no longer recognizable. They were monsters rampaging through the devastated world. That is until a strange case where a woman was infected but did not mutate. She was thought to have been the cure. Little did they know she was actually the cause for the world we live in today. That's right she was the first, Tina Primrose, the virus eventually seemed to died off as the descendants of Tina became hunters who'd hunter their brethren with the abilities gifted to them through the blood of Tina Primrose. Then there was the war between the remaining humans and those monsters. Naturally the humans won with our aid. Life was fine as we rebuilt the world until the day of our betrayal. The new government formed by the humans banished us from this world and we were hunted down. The last surviving members of the Primrose bloodline were two siblings. A Boy named Dakota Isaragi Primrose and his sister formed a group known as L.U.N.A. An Organization dedicated to those who have been born with the cursed bloodlines to find solace. The government attacked the organization but to save his brethren Dakota struck a deal with the Government to spar the lives of the members of the organization if he turned himself over to the government.
