Tevun-Krus #112 - Animal SF
As the sun rises over the Wild Lands, some life-forms stir awake while others hunker down to sleep after a night of hunting and foraging. This is a world rich in flora and fauna. And yet it is not natural. Each of the animals roaming these forests and grasslands has been enhanced through technology. That leopard can change the pattern of its spots. That giraffe has reinforced legs. That elephant has opposable thumbs and a trunk that blasts Nicki Minaj's latest tunes like an old boombox. This is their ecosystem. This is Animal SF! Aberration
Life is an art but it's a destiny. The day a baby is born its journey into destiny starts. It's the case with every living organism. To be more precise, once a baby is born it's replete with the physique most of the time. It seldom goes into a freak composition. This happens in the case of birds and animals also. We've seen a limping tiger or a monkey. Such a contrast could be seen not as a result of an accident but owing to some strange occurrence by nature. People may negate this point and attribute the reality to some genetic defect or a percussion of man's exploitation of natural phenomenon. Whatever be the reason we must admit there's an aberration in all walks of life and that's not warranted but imposed by nature. Here's an attempt to highlight the aberration we come across in day today life. People may think such things happen only to certain underprivileged ones among them. It's not correct. Aberration is widely present with most of us. Some may consider it's unfortunate that they alone face the awkwardness of aberration. Once they make a reading of this write up they'll be convinced it's otherwise. Some acquire or get infected and the act doesn't get dislodged unless the persons concerned are criticized or condemned badly. What's surprising is the deviation also ends up in fruitful accomplishment of certain tasks which otherwise is insurmountable! All together aberration is not undesirable as it benefits then and there. Day in and day out there goes a lot of things, some we relish and some we hate but life constitutes both. Experience is the reality than hearsay. The write-up is a compilation of events spanning my boyhood to manhood besides my involvement both in personal and public life. Life persists in whatever perspective it's viewed! Shanmugasundaram ArunachalamConcluida
RIVULETS OF THOUGHTS - Cascading emotions
I am a Poet, surfing the rainbows... Squandering the few surviving winks in my dreamy eyes. I, a well accompanied loner, saunter amidst the fireflies. Like a wandering dream, my restless mind meanders, "Will the same butterflies return to the flower?" It wonders. I am the thief who thieved the fire, to set the ideas ablaze, I stole the rains too, I had to flood the despondent deserts. But Metaphors I'd just borrow, they would never be mine. Metaphors can't be tamed, they belong to poetry, not poets. I roam unescorted and unaccompanied. I'm just exploring. Whilst, really there is nothing to find. "Sshh!" There is everything to find... Yet I roam... As a Poet. I roam. The wilderness, of the mind, the canyons of consciousness. -Harish Vaid harishvaid1986@gmail.com A collection of Poems, of the unusual sort. Read along for poems ranging from Love to Life, General to Abstract, Random to Insane. Intended to be an ongoing series. "Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen." -Leonardo Da Vinci Love all... Love you all. "Amor Vincent Omnia"Concluida

Sukoon: When love turns lethal
'Two kids were crying as they gazed at a dead cat lying near the road, its body bearing the signs of multiple impacts.' "I loved her so much," one of them sobbed. "I know you did, but she's gone. Be strong," the other kid replied, trying to comfort him. "How can I be strong? She was so small... how can someone be so cruel?" Just then, a girl around their age, who had been quietly observing the scene from a short distance, spoke up. "It's just a street cat, guys. Why are you making such a fuss? She always roamed around here. Some bike or car must have accidentally hit her, unable to see her in time. Just stop the drama already." 'The two kids were left speechless, their eyes fixed blankly on the third girl's face, shocked by her harsh words. She was only six years old, yet she spoke without any sympathy or emotion, her words cutting deep into their grief.' "In a town where secrets lurked, a discovery led to a fiery confrontation. An escape left one in flames, but that was just the beginning. A letter, a confession, a mental asylum - a twisted tale of torment and manipulation. The story unfolds, shrouded in mystery, gripping readers in a web of suspense and deceit. The characters' fates hang in the balance, their destinies intertwined in a chilling narrative of love, betrayal, and madness."Concluida

Unwillingly With You
"What are you doing in my kitchen?" And yet again there it goes again the same mantra - My house - My terrace - My room and now My kitchen too? Really ? Why this man is so obsessed with MY title. "Nothing I was just thinking to built a swimming pool here wouldn't it look cool and it's quite spacious too what say ?" I said while crossing my arms below my chest. "Shut up! Stop talking nonsense." He spoke irritatedly. "Then stop asking nonsense !" I retorted back just how he did. "Why someone will be in kitchen? Offcourse to cook now do one thing go bring that mop stick from there and clean this mess which you made." with that I turned back and started stirring my mixture in the bowl. I have to take milk from fridge. I made it note mentally before I forget it. "Wait what? Did you just ask me to clean this mess?" And I can tell you he must be pointing his finger to himself. "No I'm not asking you but I'm telling you ! " I said without looking back. .__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__.__ Hey Samaira Agarwal here, I'm 23 and I live with my beautiful, chubby, talkative yet strict women whom I called Mom. Well about Dad it's better not talk about him. Being single mom was hard for her and even more hard when you live in so-called Dream City Mumbai. She fulfilled all her duties and responsibilities towards me yet all her promises except one which was staying with me. Forever. I still couldn't believe that she really left me, because still I was waiting in my room like now my mom will barge in with spatula in her hand. After her funeral my mom's best friend Mrs. Meera Sharma, she came like fairy god mother, she let me in her motherly warmth love. Time was letting me heal myself until her elder son decide to come back home from Canada after 3 years... ◆Well enough of disclosure what happens further in their lives join in this journey of Unwillingly With you. ◆Concluida
