I ship OtaYuri both romantically and platonically, and I don't really have a preference, but seeing as very few fanfics give importance to platonic love, I thought that I would write one that did. If there's one take away from Yuri on Ice, it's that love is a valuable and precious thing that takes place in many forms. This story is off of one of my headcanons that Yuri and Otabek are both asexual and aromantic, and their friendship goes from being very small to being a qpr (a queer/quasi platonic relationship, which is like dating, except without any romantic aspects, and in this case, without sexual aspects as well). This is a Vikturi fanfic And boyxboy so if you don't like then don't read. Viktor is a prince who can't seem to find his soulmate and is in the closet being a gay man. In the meantime, he has to live with black and white colors and a homophobic father, who's also the King of Russia... Dear Lord. The only person who understands him is his mother and his right-hand man Yuri Plisetsky and the one thing he really enjoys is ice skating. But how can he find his soulmate and in his soulmate is a boy how can he keep it from his father? Yuri Katsuki is a poor boy living in a small town just on the outskirts of the capital city. He lived with his Father and older sister Mari, his mother passed away during childbirth with Yuri's younger brother who died from complications from the birth. He often goes to a frozen lake by a small forest and taught himself how to ice skate, it the only thing that makes him happy. He is soulmate less and hopes he never finds his soulmate because he doesn't think he could make them happy, knowing they probably won't love him back. Will both Viktor and Yuri find their soulmates? Will things get in the way? How can they save their relationships?

This book carries an Otayuri-based plot and holds no carry-over from the first-- at least, nothing a reader wouldn't be able to understand. Taking place in 2017, this book follows the pair through several years of their lives, encountering obstacles and growing closer all the while. This summary sucks, I'm aware of that and I'll fix it sometime soon. But, for now, enjoy! EDIT (06/04/21): This story is a relic.
