You grew very close to him after believing he was your father. You also killed one of the egg boi's unknowingly, so yeah.
He automatically knew you'd be a great villain. He decided to take you in and raise you as his own.

This story is like any other Lucifer x reader I've read so far where the reader is just a normal human being just fooling around with dark magic and just so happens to have a pentagram and some how accidentally gets blood on the pentagram which summons Lucifer and the reader is stubborn as fuck and doesn't want anything from him. And that's when your long lasting life with Lucifer starts.
