Since the beginning of life humans were granted a diverse amount of magic powers. Some magic allows the person to control an element, some allow them to copy others appearances and magic. To control these powers people are granted a grimoire that hold defensive, offensive, healing spells and creations spells. In the year 4759 people started to turn into zombie like creatures that fed on human flesh. The creatures were called Niato. By 4762 more than half of the population had turned, and the half that were left were being slaughtered.
