Rich girl Malencia Belikov's mind has been invaded by a mysterious voice inside head ever since she was in a car accident. It claims that it saved her life, but all it has done is land her in a mental hospital. Not to mention to the strange power it has granted her. She can control earth, air, water, lightning, and fire. The only problem is the schemes the voice constantly whispers in her head, urging her to control the human population. How much more mainstream can it get?

Now she gets dreams of leaving. Malencia has never believed in fate, but she can't shake the feeling that she is meant to do something huge. Finally giving in to the suggestions and dreams supplied by the voice and finds that she is meant for more than she ever thought. Not only does she fall hopelessly in love with the popular guy in school, but she finds the warnings of the voice growing more and more urgent. Will Malencia be able to do what she never thought she could?
