1989, It's been a whole year.
A year since Gotham burned.
Where freedom happened.
It's been a full year in Blackgate.
He was feared, He was the king there.
He became something he hated.
But he enjoyed it.
He felt trapped in hell.
Arthur still had bad intentions for Bruce Wayne.
He had planned everything.
He just couldn't do it, He was trapped.
He has nothing left, He has noone left.
Except for one.
Harleen Quinzel.
The psychiatrist.
Arthur realized what he could do.
Something unexpected indeed.
He decided to make a new terror.
A new joke, A new clown.
The time has come.
For the clown to renew his destiny.
To end his bitterness.
To destroy the past.
The past that ruined his life.
The past that made him who he is now.

So i decided to do a sequel.
Thought it'd be cool to have a sequel.
I've based the plot simply but it'll be dramatically compact.
And again, This book won't have any connections to my previous Batman books.
Nor will it be connected to Todd Phillips' 2019 Joker movie.
It'll be my personal take on the characters.
I'll make this sequel as great as possible.
