In the middle of the Ginza District, a portal between worlds simply known as the Gate has opened. Soldiers and beasts of unknown origin attack and terrorize the city, conquering it as their own in the name of the Empire. However, this isn't the 21st Century that you and I are accustomed to, it is the 32nd, the far future. And these invaders may not realize it, but they have invaded the land of an adversary far larger than they could comprehend. An Interstellar, Hyper-advanced civilization simply known as The Federation.
And it would be foolish for a Medieval/Roman Empire to attack a far larger, technologically superior force that could crush them like a bug. So what happens when the Gate opens in the 32nd Century. Can this Medieval/Roman Empire put up with the Hyper-Advanced Federation? Can they go toe to toe with the elusive military organization known as PRISM?
And what consequences will this connection bring for both sides?

The First OTHER World War (NWY2)
On one New Year's Eve, the moment the International Date Line welcomed the new year first, the change occurred. Communications between nations were severed, climates shifted, and unknown lands emerged. Eventually, as each country gathered information and realized they had somehow been transported to another world, their reactions varied. America: "FUCK YEAH! Frontier time, baby!" Russia: "FUCK YEAH! It's warmer now, and the vodka tastes even better!" China: "FUCK YEAH! Not sure what's going on, but there's a ton of stuff that looks edible!" Japan: "Must go to work." ...Or so one might expect, but in reality, each country moved forward with its own agenda, heading straight toward a clash of civilizations. Gate: Of Marines and Medieval Men (Discontinued)

While there are still tensions around the world, the U.S. has managed to avoid any major conflicts. That was until a mysterious medieval-looking structure appeared out of nowhere in the middle of Washington D.C. Suddenly, the nation's capital is under attack by a medieval-style army and creatures only seen in fantasy stories. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters. American Gate
Inspired by stories like Summoning America and GATE, this is an original work that takes place in a completly original world with a unique and fleshed out hard magic system. On June 5th 2053, Second Lieutenant Daniel Ramirez is enjoying his day in New York City when a strange purple dome appears in the middle of Central Park. Medieval soldiers pour out of the dome, along with fantasy minotaurs and centaurs; they start attacking everyone they can find. The United States quickly overpowers the invaders only to discover a portal that leads to another world filled with fantasy creatures and magic.
The Fire Rises in New World
After decade of crises, wars, and ideological disintegration, humanity has sunk into its own ashes. In the chaos where alliances collapsed and states disappeared, only one continent managed to survive - a united Europe. By becoming a new type of superpower, it has turned unity and control into weapons, and the idea of global order into the religion of the future. But on the day of his triumph, when it seemed that history had come to an end, a rift opened over Europe. The continent, its cities, armies, and millions of people have disappeared- and found themselves in another world where the laws of physics coexist with magic, and the kingdoms of antiquity are fighting for power. In the new world, Europe is no longer the center of civilization. In the face of magic and monsters, her power is negligible, but her will is still iron. Now she has to answer: is the mind capable of surviving where a miracle rules? And can order defeat chaos without becoming it itself?
Gate: Thus the Bundeswehr strikes against tyranny
The world of Aurelia was once a small unimpressive world, double the size, width and mass of Terra, but keeping the same gravital pull of our blue planet. But, tyrannical eyes have set upon the small principality of Matador. Once a grand empire that was both respected and feared amongst its adversaries, stretching from one continental side to the other, conquering and subjugating tens of thousands of people and demi-humans, even the High Elfs, it fell due an unknown power appearing from nowhere, with many claiming them to the worst enemy they had ever faced, worse than the rumored Demons in the Unknown, foggy continent. This unknown force, called the infamous "Grey/Black men", clad in two Lightnings and death skull emblems, only made the life of many sub-humans worse, killing dozens per minute or even seconds. Only through the sheer tenacity and change of situation back home, forced the unknown superior military to conceded and retreat back, leaving tales of destruction and heresy back in this now peaceful world. One hundred years later, the newly emerged Superpower of Atlantia has begun expanding its influence in other continents, including the once isolated continent of Aurus, once ruled by Matador. Playing their cards right, they gained sympathisers and backstabbing people amongst the ranks of the elite and hierachy, further strengthening their hold in the new continent. Ravaged by greed they invaded the isolated Principality, seeking to dethrone the Princess and putting her Regent into power, turning the vast continent in one giant vassal, with its minions doing the dirty work. In a last desperate move the Princess attempts to destroy any evidence of the Gate, a connection to two worlds, the black men's home world, but alas, this failed. Consequently, greed had its price and the Gate fell into hands of the Alliance. How will the other side fare and will peace return in this tyrannic world?
(ON HIATUS) GATE: Charge of the Eagles
2026, a world after a non-nuclear WW3. A Gate opens in Warsaw, as well as Ginza, leading to retaliation by both sides. Spurred on by the losses of their loved ones to the enemy, the men and women of the Polish Armed Forces are ordered to retaliate, and shenanigans ensue. Cooking MRE over a campfire the size of a car? Check. Realistic depiction of PTSD here and there? Check. Pop culture references that most people probably will get? Check. R O M A N C E? Check, and much, much more. Join the various characters in their war against tyranny.
The New World: Ascotia (Original Ver.)
2023 Authors Note: In hindsight this is kind of ass, it was my first attempt at writing. But from a reader standpoint, I would prefer the revised version that improves upon this work and does it, at the very least, some justice while keeping some of the originality of the original. Kennedy In 2064 while New Canteria prepares for a nuclear conflict, A portal appears in New Canteria causing a chain of events that would lead to a invasion of New Canteria or a invasion of the other side. Nevertheless New Canteria and its military force known as C.I.D.A prepare for a retaliation strike after it was originally attacked by what could be described as wyverns. A man who is known as Ivan Nile who serves under the unit NW-1 is a major key in taking down the hostile enemies in The New World and experiences combat first hand. But secrets are being kept from both worlds. Will this be a decisive victory or a brutal massacre for New Canteria? Only time will tell. Note: This is heavily inspired by GATE and takes some elements from Nihonkoku Shoukan and other novels. And this was my first time writing a story in general so there might be mistakes.
