15-year old Janny Moore is a lower grade. The ones who live at the very bottom of the country. Every minute of every day, she blames her parents for not being a royal, the ones who rule, the ones who have whatever they need.

We all make promises. We all say that we'll keep those promises going for eternity. But, they never actually last that long. Being royal doesn't mean they're immune to the outside world. They have feelings just like anyone else. They have deaths and they have issues they need to deal with. Princess Abigail isn't any different. Her mother, Queen Louisa, died before Abigail reached her teenage years, therefore, her mother made Abigail promise a lot of things. Some of them are quite absurd but Abigail promised them nonetheless. All she wanted was to make her mother proud. Her father, brother, grandmother, cousin, soon-to-be in-laws and her boyfriend are trying hard to get her to see sense. They just don't know if they're trying too hard or not at all. By the kings hatred toward them they are abused and used by the king himself and his people 'the norms'. Rose has lost both her parents, and found out she was a mark all by the age of 13. Her aunt and uncle take her in just to find out she has a rare marking no like any other with more than one ability. With time of training and hiding she was happy by the love of her family until it all goes downhill. She experiences lost, friendship, love, betrayal and realization all to end up losing or finding herself and killing or saving the people she loves. 'The Clarity' is a group of marks who want to change the world. They are willing to do anything possible to save there kind and stop the king and the mistreatment by 'the norms'. They are fighting in the shadows waiting for there missing piece of the puzzle, so they can complete there destiny.

Scientist's experiments had gone wrong. They call them the "Stone Devils". They were escaping from the labs and into our world. Made of stone and all male. Winged creatures that come into the night. Steal and kill their prey. That's what she heard but she didn't believe it until a few nights ago. (kinda like the movie Warm Bodies)

They succeeded, and formed the Wielders (name subject to change) to keep the Weapons out of the hands of those who wanted to use them for evil purposes. They decided to take a different approach to the creators, deciding to use them for the protection of humanity, but quietly without anyone knowing they had them. After thousands of years with nobody but the Wielders seeing the Weapons, belief in them began to falter, and they eventually faded out of history and into legends, with many doubting that they ever existed at all.
