A short story following an elven necromancer as he struggles to decide to join forces with a savage warlord or go against his beliefs to save himself.
This was a writing project for school. I'm thinking about turning it into part of a bigger story called "A King's Return," so this sort of serves as a slight introduction to the history of the bigger project.

Taniel (The Taverner's Daughter I)

Stir with rumour of plotting land-locked pirates, spies, feisty forest sprites, rockgoblins, and a failing magical barrier. Welcome to the world of A Corrangorachian Fantasy. SOME MILD MATURE MOMENTS (but maybe not enough to mark MATURE): A few not-particularly-graphic sex scenes. Violence? Could get nasty, depending on your perception. Drug Use? The only difference is, is that her secret is that she's part dragon. Her sister is supposed to slay anything mystical creature especially dragons but she doesn't know her secret or her best friend's. At least not yet or him hers and you know what's funny? He's got a huge crush on her. She's also adopted so that's why she's a dragon too. Although not American. She wasn't born American anyways. They don't exactly know each other's secret as of right now and so she have no one to help her. Looks like she's on her own she never belonged with humans anyways.
