Nakaya comes from a very abusive household her only safe haven is the Gallagher's home even the most dysfunctional family makes her feel safe. As time goes on Nakaya moves to the Gallagher's hell even Frank the plank Gallagher considers Nakaya as his very own child. As Nakaya grows up she begins to feel attracted to third eldest Gallagher Philp Gallagher (Lip). Of course he doesn't clue into that because he is too preoccupied with screwing Karen. When Lip winds up getting Karen pregnant she leaves Lip and gets married to some douche bag and Karen leaves her baby behind with Lip giving him full responsibility for the second born Gallagher baby since Debbie had Francis. Lip ends up moving out with his daughter Leah Linnea Gallagher to have more space which meant he left Nakaya behind causing her to fall into a deep depression.Nakaya begins to hang out with the wrong kind of crowd which Lip finds out because of Fiona being a protective sister. Lip moves back home and has Sheila take care of Leah for a bit so Lip could look after Nakaya.
