Paradise Followers

Killer was, as far as she knew, the only living person left on Earth. Her father gave birth to her in an underground bunker, and had died years later. Now, Killer walks the sandy wasteland of the former United States, looking for food, water, and any reason to keep moving forward. But one day, she begins to feel as though she's being watched. A group of people in black hoods, wearing masks fashioned from animal skulls, are following her. They show no signs of aggression, and help her gather supplies. They don't eat, breathe, or sleep, but they listen to Killer's every beck and call. Who are they? What are they? And why are they here? A journey of discovery, horror, and hope begins with a single step forward in the desert wastes.
