Ah..this is my first public book. But, this short novel per se is about a young girl named Athena who was lucky enough to get lost in a zombie apocalypse. I'm actually 13 years old so..it might not be good but oh well, it'll be worth it ig. So...yeah, hope y'all like it ^^ ~Btw, I'll be updating each chapter every other Saturday or Sunday starting this week ^~^ ~

She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not. Luckily she has a list of rules and guidelines she has been working on as the days of living in a post apocalyptic world with the living dead to keep her busy. We're Still Alive(Book1)BEING REWRITTEN
This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. I'm sorry for the people that like the original story and were hoping for more, so I won't be deleting this one. I'll update on my page once I start posting chapters of the new series.Complete

~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that. That seems like an easy thing to start with. Now, let me add in some other details. I live in a zombie apocalypse. Yeah, that's about as enjoyable as I can make it seem. Now let me add in something else. I'm wanted by the CIA for reasons that I don't even know, but I guess I will find out eventually. Maybe somewhere within my story I will figure it out.
