The problem with big cases such as this one is that no one ever seems able to tell you the full story. The police hide some of the more gruesome details from the victim's families. The media withholds evidence and leads from the general public. Politicians refuse to answer any meaningful questions regarding the whole fiasco. Sometimes, they make a documentary on the case. Just look up Charles Manson, Ed Gein, Scott Peterson, JonBenét Ramsey, or H.H. Holmes. In seconds you'll have hours upon hours worth of reading material, all providing information (albeit some of questionable reliability), speculation, and sometimes even the newest breaks in cold cases. There are entire cable channels dedicated to exploring the deeds and minds of sadistic killers. There are perhaps just as many television shows wherein a now grizzled old detective will walk the viewer through the cases that stuck with them most, including what they saw with their own eyes. But none of them tell the full story. It's impossible to. Killers often refuse to give details upon everything they do, and even in such cases their view is warped by their own bloodlust and ego, like Holmes, who confessed to murdering people that were confirmed to still be alive. Perhaps one day a low budget documentary will be made about what happened in Mane's End in 2008. But I'm not waiting until then. Only I know the full story behind these murders. And I'm willing to tell you within these pages.
