Its has been 11 years since the passing of Jotaro's best friend, Kakyoin. As he walks the peaceful sidewalks of Morioh, he finds himself thinking of his prime and how how much he missed the ones that were killed by the hands of Dio. Stumbling upon a large walkway of fallen leaves and cherry blossom trees, he is reminded of his days of mourning of the one he held close, with never quiet showing it on the outside, as so he did for everybody. Not long after Jotaro and Kakyoin graduate from high school, they got married and moved to a small beach like area on the outskirts of Tokyo. In the town where Jotaro was sent to work, Morioh, stand users are popping up one after another. But they've been easy enough for the most part. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone.
