Loan shark Saionji Akito doesn't care what you're borrowing money for but you will pay it back, one way or another. However, when her customers start missing their repayment dates, it is clear that it isn't a simple boycott. With further inspection, she finds that a string of women working in the sex industry and those connected to them have started going missing as a new crime family tries to move in on the city run by a local legend. Now, she couldn't really care less for the private well-being of people she held no personal ties to, but she would not have anyone bilk on the debts they owed her regardless of the reason.
